Is There a Problem With Dietary Tracking?

If I see someone with this stalled weight loss and they've got some untracked meals or days or frequent binges, my concern is that we probably just aren't getting a good estimate of our calorie intake. We might have an issue with dietary adherence or we might just have an issues with the accuracy of dietary tracking. Sometimes you'll see stalled weight loss that very clearly coincides with a major life change,. New job, new house, new baby, things like that. Issues there could relate to just low physical activity, low energy expenditure.
