Michael: I get a lot which is individual contributor versus management route in your as your career grows or progresses and how do you kind of address that. It seems to get thinner and thinner it then actually brings up sort of another really persistent question, he says. Michael: Most people after they have like five to seven years of experience kind of understand generally which way they want to go into either the management track or the individual contributor track.
