The Story of Raphael Carro Quintero

Raphael Carro Quintero was one of the richest and most dangerous narco traffickers in the entire world. John Clay Walker and his student Dennis companion had stumbled into Quintero at a time when he was at the height of his law enforcement paranoia. They were beaten, questioned, then tortured with a variety of kitchen utensils, including an ice pick and a barbecue fork.
