Do You Really Need Higher Pressures?

I'm a pretty mediocre athlete, but i always trained extremely hard. And i think i had this mind set that everybody was going to train what i thought training was and how everyone was going to do it. But when i did practical work with some of these athletes I didn't get the same vive that everybody was into training like i was in the training at the time. So i knew i wanted to be in the exercise world, but i quickly learned that i want to do research, but deftly, not with animals. so i came backand that's when i got into human research.
