The Assassination of Julius Caesar
The third issue that adds up to the assassination of Julius Caesar is there's some kind of public event, how it's like a fun run or a wrestling thing. His right hand man, Mark Antony, he comes running up and he tries to put a crown on Caesar's head in front of like all of Rome. The biographers give us great detail about blow by blow, how the crowd responded. So this is viewed by a lot of his contemporaries as a trial balloon.
