How to Develop a Mindfulness-Based Meditation

The goal of meditation is to separate ourselves from our thoughts, teach ourselves how to view our thoughts non-judgmentally or with neutrality. So I suggest meditation to begin because it's hard. It's effortful. And it's hard as hell to do that in real life when life is coming at us. We tend to think and assign the same meanings and that induce the same feelings time and time again. That can contain incredibly valuable data.
