The budget was tiny for the first John Wick. I don't think people will just were shocked at how fucking good it turned out. There's just a whole category of like films that I feel I've just been wiped off the earth in like the past decade. It's because a lot of the budgets we hear about lately are like cocaine bear and the Winnie the Pooh horror film. They're just meme films, right? Yeah.
