Are You Suing the Board?
auditors have many protections built in so they can't be sued for every single thing that a company hides enm em. So there are situations in which they pierce that veil. But i think they are only in the sove soverigos, probably why our attorneys told us, no, b dan, just want to sue everybody. It's just like, who, who can we get for this? You know, absolutely like, o sue the board. I mean, they're supposed to know. This is just not supposed to happen. And it does happen.
