Is There a Barrier Between Technical and Non Technical Conversations?

When I first got into the space, I was someone who was not technical and I still am not technical. And so it was very much like me navigating a very highly technical set of conversations. As you mentioned, there's this non technical and technical audience that almost can't communicate with each other. But most people are just intimidated and so they don't really ask questions or they think they need to learn a ton of stuff before they're allowed into those conversations.
