Should We Let Elon Musk Be the New Dutch East India Company and Colonize Mars?

Elon musk wants to do private colonization of mars, and a lot of folks in the science community are saying, hold on. Maybe we should take another approach. I was sayng, no, i think that we've seen on our own planet. O, you know what? Runaway. Yuknow, capitalism has done. And i think that it's dangerous to just extend that outward without thinking about regulating it. If our own planet is amess why would we extend that out to other planets?
