The anesthesia technique I think is very critical, in my opinion. It's kind of evolved in the 90s. My third molars I kind of quit doing Valium or Versed then I cut out narcotics. And so I was doing wisdom to you with just propofol, inhalation agent, desferring,. nor the drugs, besides like Sucks who don't call in or something to them. So they'll come in the room, we'll give them no Versed, no narcotics, put the IV in, give them a couple of CCs, a propofolter, relax them and innovate them.
