There's a New York Times article with the headline garlic mustard, evil, invasive, delicious. The conclusion was that you're going to do more harm to the environment by trying to pull this stuff off. You can have some of these amazing benefits of a plant that is spicy, that is delicious, that is evil,. That really makes your salad kicks up the the morality of your salad quite a bit as well as we're really playing on the whole. It's got cyanide it's noxious weed. Yeah. So I love garlic mustard and I think the best time when you're harvesting it is to get it when it's in it's like rounder stage as opposed to look at
