"I'm still in the same habit of chugging a couple chocolate bars every day," he said. "It just was unhealthy in all ways or forms." He started doing 10 minutes of squats, sit ups and pushups at home before going to the gym. After getting bored with his regular workout routine, Johnson took up Jiu Jitsu for more challenge. Now 85 pounds down,Johnson says it's been an amazing journey that has changed his life forever.
