The Importance of Seasonality in Emerging Markets

I used to think seasonality bad. Oh my gosh, stay away. You know, you want something that's more year round. I met a woman at one of the short term rental conferences who's operating in Cape Cod. She was telling me in those four months, she does, I think, $160,000 gross. And so for her, it was a huge plus side. So when you touched on the seasonality, and I think you said that where was it Ozarks, maybe that you can do like 150 to 180,000 in just a few months. That’s definitely something I know that I've been in. Like my gut feeling always told me
