The Life and Times of David Grohl
Brown went to Germany in the 1940s and the story was that he was working on cracking German cryptography and cypers. He had information about a propulsion system that the Germans were working on at the end of the war. Brown often said that if you want to see how nature utilizes his force fields, that answer could be found in the plasma vortex sometimes called ball lightning. David Grohl's rock and roll band gets its name from this phenomenon that was observed in the skies over Germany in the closing months of World War II that were called the Foo Fighters.
