Yeshiv University is a business open to the public. You can apply, you can be accepted and you give them money in exchange for a service. And what it means to say that you're not, you're discriminating in the provision of services. It would, in principle, include, well, you can get lots of things at this university, but some of the services or some of the benefits that the institution provides aren't for you.
