The Risk of Exiting a CFO
I would say there are some things in CFO where it's kind of not worth taking a risk. You need to really dig in there to see what they're doing. Have you been through an exit? An exit puts certain different types of pressure on a finance team. And I think we like up-and-comers. We certainly like to bring people in who maybe haven't done everything, but certainly have the aptitude to do it.
