The Key to Keeping the Originality of Leaders

The key to maintaining originality is to not just rush forward and say I figured it all out. Jeff Bezos and Larry Page both told me that one of their rules for decision-making is waiting until the last possible minute to finalize the decision. For those who want to challenge the status quo but might be fearful in doing so or might even work for an organization that doesn't necessarily articulate that as clearly, this could be a good place to start.
