Seeing a Lion in the Eye Is a Good Thing

If you stare a lion in the eye it might decide to eat you if it's hungry. Almost all predatory species have binocular vision they have their eyes on the same side of their head and that's so that we have good depth perception. Most prey animals have evolved to fear things that have their eyes pointing forward which is what lions do. When two predatory animals see each other they tend to recognize each other like something with predatory eyes see something else with predatory eyes they know they're another predator like me.
