How to Structure Your One on Ones
When you do those one on ones, I suppose it may change over time, but maybe give me a version of initially and then maybe over time. We'd start with intros, of course. What do you do outside of work for fun? What motivates you? How do you like feedback? What's your biggest blocker here? Like, I tell them straight up when we join the call, this is your time.
