How to Get a Thumbnail Designer, You Know?

i will take a couple of hours to shoot a thumbnail batch of different emotions, i look surprised. I'll also go on utube and study other vidios and sychoet expressions do i want to put in this batch af photo. And then those are on drop box. There's probably a hundred, you know, pretty crispy photos of me for the videos i'm in. But as far as having a big batch of creative it's pretty exhaustive.
