Ask yourself, is the vision for the future clear to my team? Where or how can i provide clarity? So this is a great question for futuristic as well. It's really great for strategic because you can also help them see and touch and taste that plan or strategy moving forward. Ask your team members what parts of your role give you the most energy. You might have seen that. And you can help them find ways to deflect more from what they don't do well and find areas to do what they do well and take action. Identify the parts ofyour role that fulfil you the most, and look for opportunities to do them more often.
