The Need to Develop Carbon Sinks by Unlocking Land
There are two aspects to this. One is land where the title is clarified by private individuals and who don't feel incentivized enough to grow plantations or compensate for a station etc. The other is land where there is a second part of the land where the ownership is contested, where claims are still pending. And I think those will become issues when it comes to plantation schemes even as these processes are pending. Third is the common lands or community lands where plantations may be encouraged for carbon sinks. So it's the whole scheme scheme which is being thought of as a very linear, clean, easily, you know, sort of enforced mechanism is likely to be at least caught up in these three scenarios.
