How Much of It Is Mindset With Courage?

I believe in past lives I believe in kind of carrying things forward and yeah it was it was just a very universal feeling. And when I coach just kind of on that line of past lives when I coach I'm able to kind of tap into an energy where I get things downloaded to me to guide clients. We're going deep. How much of it is mindset? When people are 90%? Yeah 90% and I'll put mindset with courage because courage I think is what I think a lot of people have but they're scared to jump into it.
