Do Strength Training in the First Half of the Menstrual Cycle?
There is some research suggesting that. it's better to focus on strength training in the first half of the menstral cycle. An athlete can train and perform at any time, providind they don't have an underlying this function. But i just don't think we're at a point of just being totally blanket. Everyone should do this, every one should do that. A particularly because we don't, we're not measuring hormons honr on a regular basis with numbers of preceptors.
