The Importance of Introducing Yourself

My neighbor have been putting concrete in my grandmother's trash can with her permission. And so as soon as I moved in, I tried to introduce myself and said that she didn't introduce herself. She was just like, you didn't pick up that dog. The moments when I dumped the concrete later that the next morning, I was like, my God, fuck's wrong.
