Are some leaders tougher to analyze than others? That's a great question. The leaders that i've focused on for the last several years have been among what you would call the hard of hard targets, such as russias president vladimir poten,. chinas president shijing ping and north koreas chairman ki kim jong un. Andwe we many senior leaders in our administration and previous administrations that have met with them. They are still very opaque and very challenging. So there's a lot of psychology besides just individual psychology. Understanding the context of international relations is very important.
