Mona's question: What are the strategies to getting funding for a rehab of a property that you already own and Mona's doing to completely have? I'm thinking that I rehab as I save, but that'll happen slowly over the next five years, which takes too long. This is a great question Mona. It's interesting that you're already on the property and you're trying to figure out the funding from there. You can use low interest credit cards or friends and family to have some excess capital.
