I was really struck b by the ways in which there there is this kind of echoing and rebounding effect from the centre out. It's very easy to find in societies of eurasia, easier to find it than to not find it,. But i also thought that there is a there, there is something special about central asian history. There are dynamics that tend to preserve older ideologies, and in fact, allow them to re surface in such a way that they reshape later ideologies. And soon and ah, what i found was that if you if you look at modernity as not starting in england or the netherlands or france, but really being far to the east
