The State Is Not Intervening

Ireland has introduced a piece of legislation that says 30% of the upswing in land values associated with planning permission and our rezoning will go back to the state. But it's not going to happen until next year, even though we introduced the legislation. Every other European country does this in some shape or form, except Ireland of course,. Britain, because we copied and placed British legislation for years and years and years. I hope Brexit delivers to us, which is like, fuck off with your copy and pasting British ideas, right?
