The Do Not Disturb Function on the Phone

I am extremely a d h d diagnosed at a young age. The do not disturb function on the phone is what we amy and i have to use when we're recording podcast. If you don't have that function, shes a chip, just you play it on. I always coach my couples, let's look at this as though you're part of a team and not adversaries. It's about that idea that we have to communicate, we have to negotiate, and then we have to agree,. and then we compromise.
