Being pro active means putting thought a action on the front end. And and being the first to help set you apart from other people. If you're not pro active, you're reactive. I've never met a leader who can late to the party figuring it out figured it out that led well. We're supposed to leave our footprints in the sands of time, not our buttprints in the Sands of Time.
