The FIFA Statutes and Article 20

There's been a lot of transfer speculation around Benzema, Kante and plenty of footballers who look like they're being offered pretty large sums to be able to go into the league. And it was actually something I was thinking about. One of my good pals in the US Andrew Worsnowski tweeted something yesterday around the FIFA statutes and particularly Article 20.2. He said that if four of its biggest clubs have come under effectively common ownership or common control about ensuring that all of those clubs decision making capabilities are still at an arms length basis.
