The Minimum Wage Bill
There were two layers I would suggest. Like Maggie has and Tom Carper are not going to take down the entire bill. The other suggestion I would make is there would have been some level of negotiation that didn't exist because of this. But that negotiation never gets to get started because it cuts it out of the loop. And the only way to take it back into the loop is now to have a vote, an up or down vote on do we overrule the parliamentarian, which Democrats did not have the votes for.
