Since august of 20 21, the justices have issued 66 emergency orders compared to 60 merits opinions. So does something seem off there, or are these really emergencies? 29 were related o coved s, 15 to executions. Real problem is that the court is treatid as emergencies, tims rites, aren't i mean,. If the courts can te use the shadow docket in cases that just aren't emergencies, then the shadow dockets not for emergencies at all.
