Once we start feeling obligated to do something, i think things get really fuzzy for people. The incidente rate of scinsophrenia in the population is roughly one%. There are manic episodes. People have psychotic breaks when they go off to college and they are pretty vulnerable afterward. Compassion for yourself self, compassion, a sense of being an ally with yourself. Also, it's so important respect. Diagnoses are not respectful. You are not your diagnosis. We all got an issue, certainly, as you well know. Social factors extremely important. And if you're going to be medicated, try to find people who are highly experienced with psychiatrists. Be really real about side effects
