In the s a t, we were down of two million students by more than 500 thousand. The view had spread that the a c t was easier. We got rid of those things called ssa t words. What is an essa t word? But a word you have likely never heard before and shall not likely hear again. When you build a test based on that, you can inspire only terror. It has nothing do with what they learned.
