Jobi: Can we start to rest some of the blame for many of the things that go wrong in Iraq and after the war at his door? Jobi: Khawi certainly had the vision as we described he knew what he wanted. He had a real strong idea about how he was going to get there but he had lots of helpers, including ex-secret service people who became allies with him. We have to remember that you know in early a decision by the American forces was to disband the Bathurst party disband the security apparatus so these were for good reason seen as problematic they were Saddam loyalists.
