The Fed's Sleeping on the Job?

A question to which we don't have answers yet is to what extent was the San Francisco Fed sleeping on the job and not really slapping the bank over the wrist hard enough. We're only in April, but it looks like the answer is no. This was not the tip of an iceberg, but was a few isolated cases. Now, maybe there'll be more than those two, but it doesn't look anything like 50 or 100 banks are gonna suffer the same fate. It gives the Fed the green light to go back to its inflation fighting, and I expect they will.
