The Story of Joseph Carver and Booker T Washington
George Washington Carver was the first black student at the Iowa Agricultural College. He became a well-known or an influential scientist horticulturist. By 1895 he's the first African-American with an undergraduate degree in agricultural science. The same year Booker T Washington is trying to staff Tuskegee within all black staff because he wants it to be a testament to how great the future is for African Americans.
