Encyclopedia of an Ordinary Life
Madeline, what book have you chosen to read for us? I have chosen the book Encyclopedia of an Ordinary Life by Amy Krauss Rosenthal. She died of cancer in 2017 and is well known for a modern love column that she wrote called You May Want to Marry My Husband. Madeline: Returning to her work always makes me so acutely aware of our mortality. It's that Howard Thurman quote, which is don't ask for what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and go do it because the world needs more people to come alive.
