Is Consciousness an Illusion?

Denon: If you say the only reality is illusion, then what is reality? I don't know. Consciousness was not produced by the universe. How brain produces consciousness? You cannot solve that. Is there at all a brain apart from consciousness? That is the problem of idealism. These two questions cannot be answered. So consciousness is the reality in which the universe appears and changes. There is that externally, a hand, or only it is in my mind. See en um um.
