The idea here is that we're chronotypes, and not only what time of day that we need to be asleep, but how much we generally need to sleep. This is something so powerful in my practice. I think i have a lot of patients who struggle with mental health basically because they are somebody who needs nine hours of sleep. Tit's when all the repair work happens. It's when memory consolidation happens. And it's really what allows us to wake up and not be anxious next day.
