How Being a Dean Influences How I Run a Studio, Research and Writing
I love how you describe being a dean as a type of design project. I've talked to many deans and administrators who have all said versions of that. How do you think sort of having to operate as a dean with those, you know, administrative tasks that you were just talking about and having a team that handles your emails and all of that? Has that changed how you run a studio or how you do research or your research interests? How do those start to be in dialogue with each other?
