David Rothkopf: I think it'd be much easier to get people to sign on to a UBI than to a negative income tax. He says there's also the aspect that if it was anegative income tax, it is up to the vagaries of the IRS and it could be taken away from me. The other major thing that occurs to him is that we don't have a negativeincome tax. But you do get like food stamps and other benefits if you're under a certain income bracket.
