The Importance of Targets

Targets are essentially New Year's resolutions made by companies or government. Missing impossible targets is incredibly dispiriting and demoralizing. The IPCC has admitted this week that we're unlikely to limit the global temperature rise to one and a half degrees. But rather than just giving up, there are still a lot of positives to focus on.
