For me, the experience was, i shut down all my emotions cause it wasn't safe in a house like that. I've been resisting being alone. And like relationships, i've felt a lot of fear ind and i don't think i'm resisting it like, i'll go drink or ill,. Like try to distract myself, or just like letting em be.
