Ticket System
M is better than sharup mail boxes in many respects, because there's no chance that somebody accidentally replies from a personal emal address or something. If you contact a company, usually it's going to land in a ticket system so that they know who's dealt with it. Ah, and so there's plenty of options out there. The only one i'm aware of is zendes, cause i knowi have some clients. I always thought that was too much for what i'm doing. But again, i'm trying, honestly.
