The Prehistoric Planet and the Neck Strength Debate
There is much less discussion on their necks in these studies, possibly because a lot of it boils down to the posture and the neck musculature. But for example, if the neck was curved, sometimes it's described as having an S-curved or U-curved neck. And if they run head first with that curve in the neck, it's possible that the neck vertebrae could get bent at basically a fatal angle. So going with evidence on the skulls, I think makes a lot of sense.
