i think it's worth drilling down a little bit into the point that suzanne made, that this is a major departure by the united states from the modality of its conferontation with uran over forty years. And so we have to ask, why is this such a departure? I mean, i think for a lot of american listeners who've been living through 18 years of a global war on terror, the idea of a drone strike taking out a bag guy doesn't seem like that different from what we've been doing for a long time.
